The end of the first semester is Friday January 20 and it is a half day of school. Students will have exams on Thursday in hours 4, 5 and 6 and Friday in hours 1, 2 and 3.

There is no school on Monday December 19th through Monday January 2nd for the holidays. School resumes on Tuesday January 3, 2012. We wish everyone a safe and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Walkerville Library will be having a Cookie Walk on December 15 from 3:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. in the library. It is to help raise money so we can meet our part of a matching fund grant ($350), that will give us $700 to buy new children's books for our library. Get an assortment of yummy cookies to have for holidays, for Santa or for you to eat!

Gingerbread House Night will be on Friday December 2 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. In order to keep this a free event, we are looking for donations. Donations can be turned in to any school office. If you can help it is appreciated. Donations still needed are: Graham Crackers, Wite Frosting, Gum Drops, M&M’s, Jelly Beans, Licorice Sticks, Peppermints, Chocolate Chips, Any other small candies
